We have 5 good sized traditional bamboo bungalows with a double bed, private bathroom, fan, mosquito net and private terrace. For a little more comfort we also have air conditioned rooms, with a double bed, a private bathroom and a private terrace. Our dormitory sleeps up to 6 people with a shared bathroom and shared terrace. Every traveler will have their own fan, power outlets and night light. You can hang out in our lush garden or relax in our common area. Read a book, talk, play a game, meet new people! We also serve our breakfast here from 7 to 10 in the morning. ALL OF OUR BOOKABLE UNITS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE WITHOUT BREAKFAST, since many travelers among you are looking for the most budget friendly stay. You can still order breakfast on site for an extra charge, no worries! During your stay you can use our free WiFi connection day and night. We also provide a number of extra's, like laundry service, water refills, ice cold drinks, motorbike and car rental, transports and trips, ... Just ask us! 1. Cancellation policy: Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking needs to be paid for. Cancellation 5 days before arrival: 100% needs to be paid for. No show: 100% needs to be paid for. 2. Deposit policy: In order to avoid no shows as much as possible, we also have a deposit policy. Every guest that books online, will receive a deposit request from us through e-mail shortly after booking, requesting for a 50% deposit with a minumum of 1 Night Deposits need to be paid within three days after booking or at least 24 hours prior to arrival in order to guarantee the booking. In case of last minute bookings, we will keep the room available until the check in starts. After this we have the right to free your room for walk ins. ( Unless the deposit has been paid of course ;-) )
