The office opening times are as follows: Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 17 to 20.30. Guest may check in from 5 pm and must check out by 12 midday. Keys can be collected and deposited at Casa de Madera in front of Hotel Colon. A deposit is required on arrival. Guests should advice the hotel in advance of late arrivals (later than 9 pm) by calling 956 10 88 39 or 677 041 622. An extra fee also applies to late arrivals. The latest possible arrival is midnight.
